I live in Oregon and wanted to send something to an acquaintance who had recently lost her mom. It was important for me to find a small, local and minority owned business. I found K&S on yelp and really liked the choices they had to send flowers or plants. I didn’t have the receiver’s phone number so I just put mine and hoped she’d be home when they were delivered. At around 6:30am on the West Coast my phone rang and it was the delivery driver. The sweetest guy ever! He wasn’t getting an answer at the door and gave me a bunch of options of places he felt were safe to leave the plant. He was so caring. He even ended up texting me a photo of where he left it. I really felt taken care of and that my order mattered. Thank you, from the bottom of my heart!! She loved her plant!
